Typical transaction

• First, click on the table on which the player(s) will be playing. If no player is currently on the table, then you will be prompted to enter the player's name, rate code, and membership number. You can enter information in all of these entries or leave the information blank. If left blank, the default rates entered in the table rates setup screen will be used with no discounts or additional hourly fees.
• To close out a transaction, click on the active table indicated by the color yellow. Once the manager clicks on the active table the buttons in the upper toolbar for closing out the transaction will be enabled: add player, remove player, move player, close table, and resume play buttons will now be accessible. Click on the appropriate button and follow the prompts in the program.
