Sometimes the manager wishes to change the final rate for a particular player when he closes the table. Either he mistakenly inserted the wrong rate at startup or he just wishes to give his player a discount at the close of play. Billiard Business Solutions gives the manager the option to change the players rate code or manually set a rate at the end of play to provide the desired final charge.
Clicking on the Change Rate button on the initial Collect Money form will bring up the Rate Change form listing the players on the table. If a player started with no rate code, the manager may change it to any of the codes available at start time: e.g. 1-10, 98-102.
In this particular example, the manager has changed the player codes for 3 players from 0 to 1 for the first player, 0 to 2 for the second player, and 0 to 3 for the third player.
If he wishes to manually put in his own rate, he can click on the Manual rate button and directly enter a final charge for that player. In the example below the manager has entered a $20 charge for player one. If he wishes to use a rate code for players 2 and 3, he must uncheck the Final Charge checkbox so that he may enter a different rate code for these players.
